Hi, I'm Gina — founder of Wright Therapy Connections. I'm here to support you and your child every step of the way in building stronger communication and feeding skills.

With over 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings — from public and private schools to home health, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient pediatric clinics.
​
I hold both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston. I am currently pursuing my Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Organizational Change at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. My passion for working with young children began over 25 years ago in Houston, where I first served infants and toddlers. Since then, I’ve developed a deep commitment to early language development, literacy, speech sound disorders, voice therapy, and pediatric feeding and swallowing (dysphagia). I also bring extensive experience navigating the IEP, FIE, and ARD processes within the public school system, helping families advocate for the support their child needs.
